Do not embed super large videos into the forum. Anything under 2:00 is allowed. Anything bigger should be hyperlinked. Don't embed on replies, new topics only. Donators can embed videos up to 5:00 long (as donations can buy 10+mb of space) and can embed on replies.

Admin | |  Almost the same as videos, please don't embed pictures unless it's under 200kb. Donators can embed upto 800kb. JPEG and Gif are advised, they save as smaller files. PNG looks good, but makes a big file. Remember, hyperlinking is always good! Hundreds (maybe thousands) of hyperlinks will make up 1 kb of space. For Pictures between 200kb and 1100kb (1.1mb), you can put them in your personal photo album on this forum.

Admin | |  Remember, webspace isn't free! Flash can take up a lot of space. Use it carefully. Look at this to help size down your flash file. No, I will not FTP your flash for you. Find some place that will, FileAve.com works well (as long as you log in once every 1-2 months). It gives you 50MB of space and 4.5GB of bandwidth per month.
