Going to Stratborough!

Hey, ho, were on our way to Stratborough!

[Day 1]Okaaay, let's get walking! We start walking towards the coast (where Stratborough lies)!
[Day 2]Still walking, only got a 5 hours of sleep plus a half hour nap.
[Day 3]I can see Stratborough, only because the rest of the walking is flat land. We are kind of low on food (2 day's worth). I decide to call for a meeting. The stretch ahead is desert, which has no water but we should be able to make it across in two days. The only problem is that there is almost no shelter, water, or wood for fire. Alternately, we could go around the desert which there is a paved path but it would require us to take 3 days. Many travelers take this route so there is bound to be someone selling food, but it's probably going to cost us. After some time we decide to...

"We'll probably find an oasis along the way. However, will our healer be able to refresh us in case we don't?" The Gnome asks.

"i say we take the paved path, its better not to take big risks while low on supplies and low on skill, if all else fails we could hunt for animals which i have done before near my hometown, or if we must we could rob another adventurer for money or food, anything for survival....." the tauren says to all and waits for a response....

Healers can only refresh us once a day, which could be enough (50% by dice roll). Taurens aren't very good at robbing.

"ah my friend, but i do not need to rob, all i need to do is raise an undead arm or hand, and command it to take the pouch of money or simply raise a skeleton from underneath an adventurer's feet, and besides we have rouges on our side.." the tauren answers

"Well, we could always just order in..."

"But what kind of jerk would go the long way *wink*!"

"better safe than sry when we are only beginners! we can still survive well just have to eat less than usual and dedicate a little time a day for searching for animals or other people" the tauren states

The Gnome points at the Tauren. "I found an animal!"

"There are camels, and we may find Altair (TM) along the way!"

"camels will not provide as much food as a family of deer, besides camels are used to adventurers so they will be near a paved road." states the tauren

"Well there is a more likely chance to get robbed, or be in the middle of a conflict."

"well camels help cross deserts, and we can eat them if we need more food" says the ninja.
"anyways, only strong and pwerful guys take the road because they can defend against robbers."

"anyways, you can't find deer on a road, DUH!!"

"We risk ourselves either way. The desert has the threat of danger, but the Paved Path only threatens the money we hold in our pockets. We could look fate in the eyes and hope it blinks, or we could walk around the pain that could come. This challenge of desicion making was designed to see what type of people we are and what we'll do in this situation. Only God himself knows what path is correct, but is giving us the test to see what we shall do. We could take the Paved Path and face losing only material items, or take the desert and face losing our lives."
