Most vegetarians love to eat soy products, like tofu, but if you're a man there may be problems. If the article is too long for you to read here's a summary. Eating large amounts of soy causes a higher level of estrogen in men. Estrogen is a hormonal chemical found in large amounts in women that causes more pronounced female characteristics such as less muscle mass, reduced height, and mood swings. Is being vegetarian make you less of a man? Of course not, it just makes you have less muscles and be more sensitive.
